3. Go the “Service” section.
4. Then, go to the RERA tab and press the option of “Register Ejari Contract.”

What Documents are Required for Ejari Registration?

Below are the documents that you need to submit during the Ejari registration process, no matter if you choose the online or offline method.

1. Original and signed tenancy contract
2. Tenant’s Emirates ID
3. Tenant’s passport copy (for non-GCC nationals)
4. Tenant’s UAE visa (for non-GCC nationals)
5. Landlord’s passport copy
6. Trade license for commercial properties
7. A Copy of Power of Attorney (PoA) if signed by a PoA
8. A Copy of the title deed
9. Security deposit receipt
10. Paid DEWA bill and previous Ejari (in case of Ejari renewals)

What is the Process for Ejari Renewal Online?

To renew your Ejari certificate, you need to submit the documents you provided earlier during the registration process.

If you are using the Property Management Dubai, and are managing your property, they will facilitate the renewal process on your behalf. On the other hand, if you are not taking the services of a property management company, you can do it on your behalf as well.

The Ejari renewal fees depend upon how and where you select to renew your Ejari registration. There are two ways, one is through the Dubai REST app and the other is through the Real Estate Services Trustee Centres. Please find a breakdown of the costs:

• If you choose Dubai REST app

1. The base fee for registering your tenancy contract is AED 100.
2. The knowledge fees is AED 10.
3. The innovation fees is AED 10.

• If you choose to go via Real Estate Service Trustee Centres

1. The base fee for Ejari if you choose to go through Real Estate Service Trustee Centres is AED 120.
2. In addition to the base fees, you are required to pay service partner’s fees i.e. AED 95 + VAT
